1. About CR Edge

CR Edge is a career coaching and digital products business operated by Clinical Research Edge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We provide 1:1 coaching programmes, digital toolkits, and career development resources for clinical research professionals.

Our coaching services are provided by an experienced clinical research professional. Coaching is not a regulated profession in the UK, and our services do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Coaching Programmes

Acceptance onto a programme

Submitting a coaching application does not guarantee a place on a programme. All applications are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to decline applications where we do not believe the programme is the right fit for the applicant.

A place is confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full or the first instalment payment.

What is included

Each programme includes the sessions, materials, and support described on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update programme content to ensure quality and relevance, but will always deliver the core session count and support promised.

Session conduct

• All sessions are delivered via Zoom, 60 minutes each
• Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between client and coach
• Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time and prepared
• WhatsApp support is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time, with responses within 24 hours on working days

3. Payments

Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are as stated on our website at the time of purchase.

Payment options

• Full payment - the full programme fee paid upfront
• Instalment plan - two equal payments, the first due at booking and the second at the midpoint of the programme

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Gumroad. We do not store your card or payment details.

Late or missed instalment payments

If an instalment payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to pause coaching sessions until payment is received.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Session rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours notice) will be counted as a used session, except in genuine emergencies at our discretion
• Each programme includes one complimentary reschedule per programme

Refund policy

• Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment, provided no sessions have taken place
• After the first session has been delivered, no refund is available for sessions already completed
• If you wish to withdraw from a programme after the first session, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, based on sessions remaining
• Digital products (including the CRA AI Toolkit) are non-refundable once downloaded

Programme cancellation by CR Edge

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We will provide as much notice as possible and make every effort to reschedule.

5. Confidentiality

What we keep confidential

Everything you share with us during coaching is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information, career situation, or any details of our coaching relationship to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Client testimonials are only published with explicit written consent. All testimonials on our website use abbreviated names or initials to protect client privacy, in line with standard coaching practice.

What you keep confidential

Our coaching frameworks, session materials, worksheets, scripts, templates, and digital products are the intellectual property of Clinical Research Edge Ltd. By purchasing our services, you agree not to:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute our materials to third parties
• Use our materials for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Upload our materials to any public platform or file-sharing service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our coaching materials — including frameworks, session sheets, toolkits, templates, and written content — is owned by Clinical Research Edge Ltd and protected by UK copyright law.

Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during their programme for their own career development only.

7. Disclaimer

Our coaching does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you require support in any of these areas, please seek qualified professional help.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinical Research Edge Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid for the programme in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply to your programme. We will notify active clients of significant changes by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
