When you submit a coaching application (via Typeform)

- Current job title and years of experience
- Career goals and target roles
- Any additional information you voluntarily provide
When you book a discovery call (via Calendly)
- Full name and email address
- Time zone and scheduling preferences
- Any notes you add when booking
When you become a coaching client
- Contact details including email and WhatsApp number
- Career history, CV, and professional background
- Session notes and coaching materials
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe or Gumroad - we do not store card details)
When you visit our website
- Cookie data and basic analytics (browser type, pages visited, time on site)
- IP address (collected automatically by our hosting provider, Netlify)

- To review your coaching application and determine programme suitability
- To schedule and deliver coaching sessions via Zoom

6. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Coaching application data - 12 months from the date of application
- Client coaching records - 3 years from the end of the coaching relationship
- Financial records - 7 years as required by HMRC
- Website analytics - anonymised and retained for up to 24 months
- Email enquiries - 12 months from date of last correspondence
