We stand behind our products. If you give our materials an honest try and don't save at least 5 hours in your first month, we'll refund every penny. No questions asked.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- You've genuinely tried to use the prompts and templates
- The product doesn't meet your expectations despite good-faith effort
- You haven't saved time or found value as promised
- You're unsatisfied for any reason (we don't require detailed explanations)
We honor our guarantee even though our products are digital downloads. While you'll have access to the materials after download, we trust our customers and believe in the value we provide.
2. What We Ask
To ensure the refund process is fair to everyone, we simply ask that you:
- Actually try using the materials (not just download and request an immediate refund)
- Give it an honest effort for at least a few days
- Contact us directly before the 30-day window expires
We're not trying to gatekeep refunds—we genuinely want happy customers. If you didn't find value, we want to make it right.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email us at hello@craedge.com within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order number (from Gumroad confirmation email)
- Let us know you'd like a refund
- Optional: Share brief feedback on what didn't work for you (helps us improve)
That's it. No lengthy forms, no hoops to jump through.
4. Refund Processing Time
- We'll respond to your refund request within 24-48 hours
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days
5. After Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- You'll receive a confirmation email
- Your access to Gumroad downloads will remain (we can't revoke digital files once downloaded)
- We ask—on your honor—that you delete the materials
- You're welcome to repurchase in the future if circumstances change
Why we trust you: We believe most people are honest. Revoking access is technically complex and creates a poor experience. We'd rather trust our customers and occasionally accept the cost of someone taking advantage than treat everyone like a potential fraudster.
6. VIP Membership Cancellation
(Launching January 15, 2026)

- Cancel anytime, no questions asked
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months (subscription model)
- Access continues until the end of your paid period
- You can rejoin anytime in the future
7. Exceptions to Our Refund Policy
Refunds may not be granted if:
- The request is made after 30 days from purchase
- There's evidence of abuse (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding)
- The product was purchased through unauthorized resellers
- Chargeback has been initiated (contact us first instead)
